This policy is subject to future changes in laws that include additional categories of discrimination.

    This insurance policy covers sexual harassment claims against your company, supervisors, or fellow employees. Our coverage will protect you from all sexual harassment categories as defined by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

  • Whistleblower Claims

  • Wage & Hour Claims

    Frequently – as with other Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) actions – wage and hour disputes are not covered without a specific employment practices liability policy. This policy protects against wage and hour claims from both current and former employees.
